Gem employ the support services of an external Consultant who both design software and manage hardware issues, to ensure we can manage all our works orders and contracts, in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions.
Gem are in the process of developing this site to be more than just an information portal; there will be the facility for Clients and Residents to access specific works information and to use the site as a “live” method of communication and information sharing – this all protected by security software as it will contain our Asset Register, specific Occupational Health Information, staff ID and qualification data, translations support facilities and an on-line, confidential, complaints facility.
